These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and the developer identified for Rolens on the store from which you obtained the app. By downloading or using Rolens, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License and your photographs
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use Rolens on devices you own or control, subject to the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play and these terms.
You keep ownership of photographs you capture, import, edit, or export with Rolens. Rolens does not claim ownership of your images. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for subjects, locations, trademarks, or source images in your work.
Rolens, its interface, code, film profiles, lens profiles, frames, stamps, artwork, text, and other supplied resources remain protected intellectual property. You may use the rendered results in personal and commercial photographs, but you may not extract, redistribute, resell, or publish the underlying resources as a competing preset, LUT, asset pack, or application.
Purchases, subscriptions, and advertisements
Some resources or features may require a one-time purchase, an automatically renewing subscription, or a rewarded advertisement. The exact product, price, billing period, trial, and renewal terms shown by Apple or Google at confirmation control your purchase.
- Payments are charged by the store associated with your device.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your store account before renewal. Deleting Rolens does not cancel a subscription.
- Restore Purchases asks the store and RevenueCat to recover eligible entitlements. Restoration depends on the platform account and store records.
- Refunds and billing disputes are handled under Apple's or Google's store rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
- An ad reward has no cash value, is not transferable, and may be unavailable because of region, consent choice, network state, inventory, or technical failure.
On Apple platforms, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the extent required by the App Store.
Acceptable use
You may not use Rolens to violate law or another person's rights; interfere with app or service security; bypass purchase or access controls; distribute malicious code; or reverse engineer, decompile, or extract protected resources except where such a restriction is prohibited by law.
You are responsible for how you capture, edit, publish, and share photographs. Do not use Rolens in a way that invades privacy, infringes copyright or publicity rights, deceives others about material facts, or puts people or property at risk.
Availability, updates, and responsibility
Camera hardware, operating-system behavior, ad availability, store services, and downloadable resources vary by device, platform, region, and network. We may add, change, or retire free resources and app functionality. Paid entitlement changes will remain subject to the product terms shown at purchase and applicable law.
Rolens is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of photographs, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
You should keep independent backups of photographs you care about. Rolens' internal gallery is not a cloud backup service.
We may suspend access to network services or paid resources where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security, legal requirements, or a material breach of these terms. These terms are governed by applicable law and mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. Disputes should first be raised through the contact below.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms when Rolens, store requirements, or applicable law changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
